I was given a great idea by my good friend Cindy about getting photos of lovely ladies wearing the same outfit in different sizes. I will try and organise volunteers who head into city chic regularly and will up load photos to show  what the city chic clothes look like on real people. STAY TUNED

this was gorgeous on, im wearing the size small, its nice how the straps are thick enough to wear a bra comfortably under, its a little low cut so im not sure if i will pin it or try and buy a low cut bra

LATICE STITCH SKINNY JEAN $89.95

the new skinny jeans are to die for, they are so comfy i wanted to wear them home. The top is the same as the other ones that have come out just a different pattern, it comes with a detachable strap you can put on if you desire

PRETTY RUFFLE JACKET $99.95

the jacket was really nice, more fawn in colour than the website, 3/4 sleeves which will be nice for summer and it was just long enough, a really flattering jacket

STRIPE CROP TOP WITH CAMI $49.95

I wouldn't normally try this on but the girls begged me. The colours are really pretty but its just a cami with the separated stripe top on top of it, to be honest i don't think this is a plus size top, i was sucking it in and had to tuck in my love handles.

COBALT SPLASH TOP $49.95

this is a great casual top, its really soft and quite flattering.If i bought this i would've gone up a size to the one in this picture

RUFFLE BEADED TOP $59.95

the colour of this top is gorgeous, its a great top if you want it to hide your lumps and bumps

VELOUR DIVINE DEMI MAXI $199.95

this dress was STUNNING i wish i had somewhere to wear it, i felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman

Monotone Stripe Tunic $79.95 (wearing the sml)

This tunic was nice but its virtually the same as all their other tunics but a different pattern

This top was nice, city chic have brought this top out before but in different colours

Bling Neck Alexa Dress $99.95 

This dress is beautiful, the perfect little black dress, very similar to the Roxanne dress but the Alexa I think is more classy

Macrame Woven Panels Jumper $79.95

I dint like this and it definatley needs a cami under it, i didnt wear one so i could show everyone the detail on it, im wearing the med and it felt small so definatley go a size up

All Class Dress $159.95

This dress is ALL CLASS it is gorgeous, i love how it sinches in at the waist, im wearing the small, the straps are permanent and i would think about cutting them off and making it strapless

Silver Siren Samantha Dress $179.95

This dress was nice but it was a bit of a let down for me. Itries the small and there was no way it could be done up, the medium squished my boobs and the large fitted fine but was a bit loose up top, you definatley need to go up 1 or 2 sizes in this dress, not as flattering as the All Class dress

Caramel Military Jacket $99.95

This was nice im wearing the medium and if i bought this i wouldve got the large

Hi Everyone

Im heading down to my local City Chic today to check out the new Snake Charmer range. I already have my eye on the gorgeous gold maxi and the light blue skinnies. I'll let you know how i get on and will post some change room pictures.


Well i have a very fun time at city chic today, i tried on so many items. I walked out with the new maxi, the new skinnies and the 80's cutout belt.

As i always go in store when the new stock comes in I am often asked to try on the new stock, a confession,I have recently lost 20 kilos so I really like pretending im a model for bit LOL

I love this top its comfortable and trendy, I tried on the leggings for fun, they were a lot nicer than i thought and you couldn't notice any lumps or bump.

Miss Burlesque Jacket $139.95 Miss Burlesque Pant $89.95

The jacket was really comfortable and very flattering, I tried it on in a medium and the pants are a 16, they were a little tight but the were comfy aswell

Tangerine Spliced Tunic $69.95 Pull on Skinny pant $59.95

This was nice, it was nice material and not as clingy as i first thought, this is a medium and i wouldn't go any smaller i don't think. The pants you cant see very well but they were worth the mention, im wearing the 16's the top of them are a little tight but overall they are really comfy.

Spliced Utility Tunic $79.95

This was nice, very similar to all of the other tunics

What can I say, I have a city chic addiction.

Ever since city chic opened approx 5 years ago i have been a frequent visitor to my local city chic store. The lovely ladies have dressed me for my engagement, my honeymoon, my pregnancy well just about every occasion I can think of. 99.9% of my wardrobe is city chic and I was very privileged with an invite out to dinner a couple of years ago to a VIP dinner for there biggest spending shoppers.

I will proudly stand up and say "hello my name is Stacey and I  have a City Chic addiction"
